I hope you're enjoying your Labor Day weekend! It’s Neek from Reeva, and I’m excited to share our first monthly recap with you. We’ll be sending these out at the end of every month to keep you updated and highlight what’s happened throughout the month.

Photo library on Desktop

The photo library feature is now available on the desktop web app. However, now you can store photos in the library from your mobile device and use them to create listings on the desktop. To add items photos to your library, go to Settings and then Photo library.

New contact support form

We now have a contact form where you can easily submit issues, feedback or suggestions you have about the platform. To access it, go to Settings and then Contact support

Bugs fixes and improvements

We've dedicated most of our time this past month on platform optimization and bug fixes instead of building new features. Here's a summary of our key accomplishments:

  • Resolved duplicate listing issue
  • Enhanced Crosslister so there are less fails
  • Fixed price comps bug and improve accuracy on pricing suggestions
  • Fixed bug for Analytics on mobile
  • Addressed auto-delisting errors
  • Improved photo upload time and made it a bit faster
  • Fixed various small bugs throughout the entire platform

Seller corner

The Seller Corner showcases sellers who have achieved significant milestones throughout the month. Here are the top highlights from the past month:

  • New AI Listing Milestone: Congratulations to Christopher T. for creating 792 listings in just 30 days on Reeva!
  • Top Referrers: A big shoutout to  Whispering Ridge and RedoneRite for bringing many new sellers to Reeva. Your support in growing our community is greatly appreciated!

Reminders

  • To report issues: Go to Settings > Contact support (We respond within 12 hours).
  • If you use Facebook, join our growing Seller Community to share, learn and connect with other Reeva sellers. 

What's next

We're excited to announce that we’re rebuilding Reeva and will be launching a fully upgraded platform in just 3 weeks. Our goal is to make it faster and more reliable. The new version is designed for speed—no more waiting as you navigate. Plus, we've enhanced the user experience to make everything smoother and more intuitive.

We'll continue addressing bugs and making improvements during this transition. If you encounter any issues, please let us know, and we'll fix them promptly as always.
