We launched the Reeva blog! It's your go-to resource for the latest articles, tutorials, and updates about Team Reeva. As we continue to grow, this will be the best place to stay connected and informed about all things Reeva.

Reeva tutorial library

We launched our tutorial library. This resource offers step-by-step guides on how to better use Reeva's features. You can access these tutorials at https://blog.reeva.ai/tutorials/.

Bugs fixes and improvements

This month, our team focused on bug resolution across the platform and developing Reeva 2.0. We successfully addressed a range of issues affecting listing, relisting, delisting and sales analytics. These fixes should significantly improve the platform stability. Alongside our bug-fixing efforts, we made substantial progress on the development of Reeva 2.0. We will launch it in the next 2 weeks.

Seller corner

The Seller Corner showcases sellers who have achieved significant milestones throughout the month.

Top listers: Congratulations to FabFam, LP Thrifts, and Something4Someone for creating the most listings on Reeva this month!

Top referrers: A big shoutout to  Whispering Ridge and JL Boutique for bringing many new sellers to Reeva this month. Your support in growing our community is greatly appreciated!

Reeva referral program

As a reminder, you get $10 in cash when a new seller joins Reeva using your referral link. Your earnings are unlimited.

1- Mobile app: You can find more about the Reeva referral program in the mobile app by tapping on "Earn $10" in the Analytics section or by tapping on the referral button in the Settings.

2- Desktop: In the desktop web app, click on "Refer a friend" on the left nav bar.

New sellers you refer to Reeva get 50% off their first month + 30 day money back guarantee. (Only when they use your referral link)

Reminders

1. Report issues: To report issues: Go to Settings > Contact support (We respond within 12 hours).
2. Resync marketplace connections. If a listing fails to list, relist or delist, resync your marketplace connection (mobile app only). It refreshes the connection between Reeva and the marketplace.

   2. Tap on the store
   3. Tap Resync 
3. Join Facebook group: If you use Facebook, join our growing Seller Community to share, learn and connect with other Reeva sellers. 

What's next

We've made significant progress on Reeva 2.0, our upgraded platform that will address many current issues and will be more reliable, smoother and faster. We will launch it next month and get back to building new features again.
