Bug Fixes and Improvements

This week, we addressed several issues to enhance the stability and reliability of your platform experience. The updates include:

• Properly display marketplace sold status: Ensuring accurate sold status across all marketplaces.
• Update and finalize sales details: Improved handling and display of finalized sales information.
• Bulk relist bug: Resolved errors occurring during bulk relisting.
• Sales detection and auto-delist bug: Fixed issues impacting sales detection and delisting of sold items.
• eBay importing and duplicates: Improved eBay importing and resolved duplicate issues.
• AI-Generated pricing bug: Corrected inaccuracies in AI-generated pricing recommendations.

Reeva referral program

Our referral program is now live. As a reminder, you get $10 in cash when a new seller joins Reeva using your referral link. Your earnings are unlimited.

1- Mobile app: You can find more about the Reeva referral program in the mobile app by tapping on "Earn $10" in the Analytics section or by tapping on the referral button in the Settings.

2- Desktop: In the desktop web app, click on "Refer a friend" on the left navigation bar.

Reminders

1. Resync marketplace connections. If a listing fails to list, relist or delist, resync your marketplace connection (mobile app only). It refreshes the connection between Reeva and your marketplaces.
   1. In the mobile app, go to Settings
   2. In Settings, tap Your stores
   3. Tap on the store
   4. Tap Resync 
2. Join Facebook group: If you use Facebook, join our growing Seller Community to share, learn and connect with other Reeva sellers. 

What's next

We’re continuing the work on developing the Import and merge feature designed to streamline your inventory syncing. Currently in testing, this feature will be released this week with the following capabilities:

• Import listings: Effortlessly bring your active listings from any marketplace into Reeva.
• Merge listings: Seamlessly combine duplicate listings into one consolidated entry.
• Detect and resolve duplicates: Quickly identify duplicate listings for easy merging or removal.
• Fix incorrect merges: If a listing merges incorrectly, you will be now able unlink marketplaces with ease.

Additionally, we will be working on the following improvements:

• Search and sort for bulk relisting: Simplify managing your relisting process with enhanced search and sorting options.
• Bulk delete photos: Streamline your photo management by bulk-deleting unwanted images.
