Bug fixes
This week, our team made significant progress in resolving bugs across the platform. We successfully addressed a range of issues:
- Fixed edit sales details issue
- Fixed problems with sold listing functionality
- Resolved delisting bugs
Important reminder: If you're experiencing issues with listings not delisting, please follow these steps to resync your marketplace stores:
- In the app, navigate to Settings > Your stores
- Select each store individually
- Tap Resync for each selected store
Reeva get started guide
This week, we published a get started guide. This is a quick and simple guide to help a new sellers get started with Reeva.

Reminders
- Report issues: To report issues: Go to Settings > Contact support (We respond within 12 hours).
- Resync marketplace connections: If a listing fails to list, relist or delist, resync your marketplace connection (mobile app only). It refreshes the connection between Reeva and the marketplace.
- Go to Your stores
- Tap on the store
- Tap Resync
- Join Facebook group: If you use Facebook, join our growing Seller Community to share, learn and connect with other Reeva sellers.
What's next: Reeva 2.0
We have entered the testing phase of Reeva 2.0. We are currently testing different parts of the platform and once the testing phase is completed, we will release it. As a reminder, Reeva 2.0 will be an upgraded Reeva platform with better performance and reliability.
