Reeva tutorials

Several of you have recently inquired about how to use some features on Reeva. To assist you, we've created step-by-step tutorials for various Reeva features. Our tutorial library offers detailed guidance on using these features effectively.

Reeva 2.0 Update

We are in the final testing phase of Reeva 2.0, focusing on key features for both mobile and desktop apps. This upgrade will address many issues present in the current platform with an improved performance and reliability. We'll announce the launch date soon. Reeva 2.0 will deliver an enhanced experience with additional new features.

Reminders

  1. Report issues: To report issues: Go to Settings > Contact support (We respond within 12 hours).
  2. Resync marketplace connections: If a listing fails to list, relist or delist, resync your marketplace connection (mobile app only). It refreshes the connection between Reeva and the marketplace.    
    1. Go to Your stores
    2. Tap on the store
    3. Tap Resync 
  3. Join Facebook group: If you use Facebook, join our growing Seller Community to share, learn and connect with other Reeva sellers.
