Reeva 2.0

Release Schedule Update: We originally planned the release to be this week. However, during our final testing phase, we identified areas that require additional refinement. We rescheduled Reeva 2.0 release to this upcoming week instead. We apologize for the delay and we appreciate your understanding as we work to deliver the best possible version of Reeva 2.0.

Testing: We're currently seeking testers to help us put the finishing touches on Reeva 2.0. If you're interested in participating in the testing, please reply to this email. We'll follow up with detailed instructions to give you access to Reeva 2.0.

Reminders

  1. Report issues: To report issues: Go to Settings > Contact support (We respond within 12 hours).
  2. Resync marketplace connections: If a listing fails to list, relist or delist, resync your marketplace connection (mobile app only). It refreshes the connection between Reeva and the marketplace.    
    1. Go to Your stores
    2. Tap on the store
    3. Tap Resync 
  3. Join Facebook group: If you use Facebook, join our growing Seller Community to share, learn and connect with other Reeva sellers.
