Bug fixes
This past week, our team fixed a major bug that was causing issues with Depop, along with several other improvements. The new fixes we added will improve the platform stability with Depop ensuring that your listings can list and delist smoothly.
Reeva 2.0 update
While we planned to release Reeva 2.0 last week, we discovered areas that needed more refinement. We've made great progress testing with some of you who volunteer to test this past week. We'll conduct the final testings with additional testers this week before releasing to everyone. We apologize for the long delay and we appreciate your understanding as we work to deliver the best possible version of Reeva 2.0.
Reminders
- Report issues: To report issues: Go to Settings > Contact support (We respond within 12 hours).
- Resync marketplace connections: If a listing fails to list, relist or delist, resync your marketplace connection (mobile app only). It refreshes the connection between Reeva and the marketplace.
- Go to Your stores
- Tap on the store
- Tap Resync
- Join Facebook group: If you use Facebook, join our growing Seller Community to share, learn and connect with other Reeva sellers.
