Bugs fixes and improvements

This week, our team focused on bug resolution across the platform. We successfully addressed a range of issues affecting listing, relisting, and delisting. These fixes should significantly improve platform stability. Alongside our bug-fixing efforts, we made substantial progress on the upgraded Reeva platform.

Reeva tutorial library

We're excited to introduce our new Reeva Tutorial Library. This resource offers step-by-step guides on how to better use Reeva's features. You can access these tutorials at https://blog.reeva.ai/tutorials/.

We encourage you to explore the tutorial library to enhance your Reeva experience.

Reeva referral program

As a reminder, you get $10 in cash when a new seller joins Reeva using your referral link. Your earnings are unlimited.

1- Mobile app: You can find more about the Reeva referral program in the mobile app by tapping on "Earn $10" in the Analytics section or by tapping on the referral button in the Settings.

2- Desktop: In the desktop web app, click on "Refer a friend" on the left nav bar.

New sellers you refer to Reeva get 50% off their first month + 30 day money back guarantee. (Only when they use your referral link)

Reminders

  1. Report issues: To report issues: Go to Settings > Contact support (We respond within 12 hours).
  2. Turn on Autodelisting: Turn on autodelisting so your items will be delisted properly
    1. Mobile app: Go to Settings > Listing settings > Sales detection
    2. Desktop: Go to Settings > Sales detection
  3. Set up marketplace defaults: Set up your default marketplace settings to speed up your listing review process.
    1. Mobile app: Go to Settings > Listing settings > Defaults marketplace settings
    2. Desktop web app: Go to Settings > Default marketplace settings
  4. Resync marketplace connections. If a listing fails to list, relist or delist, resync your marketplace connection (mobile app only). It refreshes the connection between Reeva and the marketplace.    
    1. Go to Your stores
    2. Tap on the store
    3. Tap Resync 
  5. Join Facebook group: If you use Facebook, join our growing Seller Community to share, learn and connect with other Reeva sellers.
