How to Import and Crosslist Listings

Importing listings is essential for resale sellers managing inventory across multiple marketplaces. This tutorial will guide you through the process of importing your inventory from existing marketplaces using Reeva, which allows you to import and crosslist your items to multiple marketplaces with just one click.

On Mobile

Step 1: Tap on Import Listings

On the inventory section, tap on 'Create listings'. Then tap on 'Import listings'.

Step 2: Select listings

Select listings to import or import all listings from your marketplace.

Step 3: Confirm selections

Once you've selected the listings to import, tap 'View selected listings' to double check the listings you want to import.

Step 4: Import selected listings

Tap 'Import listings' to import all your selected listings.

That's it! Your listings will start importing from your marketplace and into Reeva.

Reeva will import all your active listings from eBay, Mercari, Poshmark and Depop and merge them into Reeva.

Start by tapping on 'Create listings' and then 'Import listings'

Tap on 'Import all and merge' and confirm. Reeva will import and merge all your active listings in Reeva.

On Desktop

Step 1: Tap on Import

In the inventory page, click on 'Import' on the top right corner and then select the marketplace to import from.

Step 2: Select listings

Import all listings by clicking on the 'Import all listings' button on the bottom right corner or select listings to import.

Step 3: View selected listings

Once you've selected the listings to import, tap 'View selected listings' to double check the listings you want to import.

Step 4: Import selected listings

Confirm and import listings by clicking on 'Import listings'.

1- Do I need to wait until my listings are imported to use the app?
You do not need to wait. Reeva will take care of the importing in the background. You can keep using the platform for other tasks.

2- Will merging my listings duplicate?
Reeva will match your listings and remove duplicates. If there are duplicates, reach out to our support team in the mobile or web app via Contact support in the settings
